LAURELDALE BOROUGH, PA — The community of Laureldale Borough is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 21-year-old Aleah Marie Kaylor, who died Friday morning, March 27, 2026, following a single-vehicle crash in nearby Reading.
According to authorities, the crash occurred around 10:35 a.m. in the 800 block of Morgantown Road. Kaylor was driving a Chevrolet Cruze when she was unable to navigate a curve, causing the vehicle to strike a guardrail before leaving the roadway. The car ultimately came to rest partially submerged in Angelica Creek.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the crash and worked to provide aid. Despite their efforts, Kaylor was pronounced dead at 11:35 a.m., according to the Berks County Coroner.
